THE JBM PARTNER PROCESS
JBM Technologies transforms our customers’ manufacturing processes by partnering with them to provide custom designed engineered solutions in combination with the highest performing equipment in the industry. We are a collaborative, innovative and solutions-oriented group of people guided by wisdom, integrity, and perseverance. You’ll work with one of our experienced Applications Engineers to create a fully custom machining solution designed to optimize your machine tool purchase, streamline your manufacturing process, and increase efficiency. When your project is ready to go and the equipment arrives, JBM’s applications and service staff will be on-site for all installation, set up, and training. You’ll have on-site training with either one of our applications engineers or a specialized engineer from the machine tool builder to ensure you know how to operate your machine as efficiently as possible and get all your questions answered. After your purchase, JBM will continue to support you with parts, service, our online resource center, and an industry leading 24-hour over the phone technical support response time. The JBM Partner Process is completely customizable based on your machining needs.
